Exam time has come…so I should take the lead of Mike and after this take a few week break from any entries. I’m really only worried over one exam, as I think I can do decent on the rest if I just focus hard. Which means Facebook should be set aside for a bit…
Some interesting news, I’ve been elected to serve on the FedS Board of Directors for the next year. It should prove to be an interesting year, especially since we already have an important report on our business, as the old council decided to postpone the decisions on it.
*Returns to draft a few days later*
I found out I have 3 directorhips with EngSoc next term, Genius Bowl, Sandford Fleming Foundation Rep and…Diversity. Hopefully everyone will be hearing about that one soon. I’m planning big things for the fall.
I’ve been reading more poli sci topics than usual lately. An interesting one has to do with Neoconservatism, found here. Also last week a book on Sovereignty was released, Parlons de souveraineté à l’école, which just happens to have been funded by a federal grant.
Ok, back to Dynamics…so that I have the slightest chance of passing.

When you say you have “big plans” for the diversity directorship, I become, well… worried.

Oh…they are big, and ambitious. I’d bet that it will stir up a lot of discussion within EngSoc…you’ll just have to wait and see though

Does this have anything to do with Kiri’s speech in the candidates forum?
April 10th, 2006 at 3:07 pm
Whoa! Someone was actually listening to Kiri’s speech? (Answer to your question is ‘Yes’)

Jeff, there were lots of people paying attention to the speeches! And not all of them were only there to ask for spare change.

“Ok, back to Dynamics…so that I have the slightest chance of passing.”
And by ‘back to Dynamics’, did you mean ‘reading the past problem set solutions’?

Yes.
